Ms. Jennifer Isaacs-Dotson, was elected President of The National Congress of Trade Unions of The Bahamas (NCTUB) in November 2010. "Jenny" as she is frequently called by her peers' takes office as the 1st female president of NCTUB.
In 2002, Jenny received a Master of Science degree from North Carolina Central University in Physical Education, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health and Physical Education and is also a Registered Nurse.
Prior to her appointment as president of NCTUB, Jenny served as the Asst. Genral Secretary of The National Congress of Trade Unions. She assisted with the coordination of the Bachelor of Education in 1996-2000 at C.O.B. Jenny also served as an executive in the New Providence Volleyball Association, Bahamas Volleyball Federation and New Providence Softball Association.

Ms. Isaacs-Dotson is the proud mother of one son.
